Furthermore, to secure our services as per contract, an agreed upon deposit shall be paid immediately.

In the case of an NPO or start-up company/artist, who make use of the Advertisement payment option, the first 20 adverts needs to be obtained and secured for at least the first year; before rendering the services. (More information within this document.)

Web Development Options

Web Hosting
Web hosting at R100.00 per month - a year payable in advance.
(this is for a standard Drupal site – If your specific setup require lots of disk space or bandwidth or special maintenance, the price can increase)
We can offer unlimited e-mail addresses when hosting your site.
Mailbox storage will be discussed upon signing up for web development/hosting contract.
Your yearly domain registration fee is included, when hosting your website on our server.

Domain Registration
Registering of domain names can also be done via TruSoft Software. Please inquire if you are interested, as it depends what domain name (co.za, .com, . net) needs to be registered. TruSoft Software does not charge for this service – you only pay for the registration cost for the registrar.

Choice one: Basic site package R4000.00
Graphics/logo provided by client. A permission documentation to use graphics, if not designed by client self, must be included.
All text edited by client – if we need to copy write, the there is an additional charge.

All images must be 300 dpi or higher.
All images must be numbered from 1 to however many images there are.

On request, we could provide proof reading/editing services.
If we need to edit/design images, it will be done at R350 per hour.
Extra pages are at R350.00 per hour extra.
Proof read and/or correct content, will be done at R350 per hour.
Managing the site and adding new content, will be done at R350 per hour.
Any changes to site text/information is charged R350.00 per hour.
Dynamic web sites are charged at R550.00 per hour.
Dynamic web sites are database driven sites. We use PHP and PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Before development will commence – a contract will be signed and a deposit of 50% is due before development starts. The balance is due within 30 days after completion of the site or web site will not be displayed until it is paid.

Choice Two: Basic CMS : R550.00
This is just a standard CMS setup. We use Acquia Drupal with our own collection of modules. (See below for a list of modules). The modules are installed, but not enabled. We only do the basic setup to get the site up and running.
From here you, the client would be able to add and control your own look/feel and content. We can provide support – cost per hour rates.

Pay with monthly installments option:
To commence service you need to pay R6000.00 (R3000.00 service administration fee and one month in advance) plus a signed contract.

Pay with advertisement option:
Advertisements sold at R150.00 per month – advertiser need to take a year contract - include the advertised gif or also known as "roll" images See examples on: March Empire

Paid advertisements will appear on ALL of the sites we manage with this option.
A list of sites will be provided upon finalizing the contract.
Should an advertiser's contact/web details change – they could just let us know via e-mail and we will adjust it for them free of charge.
The first 20 advertisements pay our service to you the client, extra advertisements you obtain will be paid back to you.

Additional services:
We also offer Online Presence Management – social networking at R350.00 per hour.
(Blog, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google + and several others.)
